By now, Erica was potty trained and learned to go on her own. Which really helped since we were on the go all of the time. She was still learning about the night time but by 2 1/2 she was out of night diapers and never wet the bed after that.
She and Keith were good playmates now at this age and she started watching videos with him on TV. Their favorite videos were: Curious George Pinocchio The Creation cartoon. Her fav books she liked to listen to were any of the Dr Seuss books, 3 Little Bears, Teddy and Duck.
She got a tricycle from Grandmas and by Aug of 88 she had learned to pedal it....2 1/2 years old.
She was good at puzzles as you can see that one on the floor beside her. And of course....its a puzzle with musical instruments.
Purple was my favorite color so she had a wardrobe full of purple clothes.
Our family went to Tannenbaum, on Greers Ferry Lake every summer and this summer was her 3rd year. She took to the lake very well and really enjoyed the boat. I also had her ride on a towable behind the boat. That was the year I started driving the boat alot....my precious cargo was back there and I wanted to be in control.
